Crafting Your Empowering Birth Vision Board: A Guided Journey
When I was a teenager, I remember having a project assigned to me in my high school creative writing class. My teacher asked us to make a vision board with our ideal future in mind. She wanted us to imagine more for ourselves than just working towards a career. She wanted us to include what kind of life we envisioned for ourselves. Hobbies, kids, pets, weddings, babies, where we wanted to live- all of it was fair game and nothing was off limits. I LOVED working on that project!
A few years ago, around the time of my 20th High School reunion, I found that vision board while cleaning out my mom’s garage! Miraculously, much of the life I had envisioned for myself had come true! This is a great example of how powerful vision boards can be when hoping, dreaming, desiring not only a destination for something you’re working towards, but the journey as well!
